The Role

P&V Motors Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 Mechanic to join our professional workshop team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a supportive, expert environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis & Repair: Efficiently identify and resolve a wide range of vehicle issues.
  • Versatility: Confidently work across various vehicle makes and models.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools for complex mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and repairs to the highest industry standards.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a mechanic.
  • Licensing: Full UK Driving Licence is essential. An MOT Licence is beneficial but not required.
  • Equipment: Must possess your own professional toolkit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcoming customers, handling inquiries, and providing updates on vehicle status.
  • Booking Management: Managing the diary and scheduling MOTs, services, and repairs.
  • Administration: Processing invoices, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally.
