The Role
P&V Motors Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 Mechanic to join our professional workshop team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a supportive, expert environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis & Repair: Efficiently identify and resolve a wide range of vehicle issues.
- Versatility: Confidently work across various vehicle makes and models.
- Technical Skills: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools for complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and repairs to the highest industry standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a mechanic.
- Licensing: Full UK Driving Licence is essential. An MOT Licence is beneficial but not required.
- Equipment: Must possess your own professional toolkit.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of P&V Motors Ltd. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring the office runs smoothly and appointments are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcoming customers, handling inquiries, and providing updates on vehicle status.
- Booking Management: Managing the diary and scheduling MOTs, services, and repairs.
- Administration: Processing invoices, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer software and booking systems.
- Reliability: A punctual, organized, and "can-do" attitude.
- Environment: Ability to thrive in a busy, hands-on workshop office.
